I’m really excited that you are here to actually learn how to make money with Facebook groups.
So just a little context for why this video is a really good video on why you should be using Facebook groups to actually grow your business. I launch products online, whether it’s organically or whether it’s paid. Just during the past week at the time of recording this video, one of my clients actually made more than $10,000 from his coaching business because of the Facebook groups that we made for him and leveraging his Facebook account.
For another one of my clients, we actually scaled to $10,000 this month during the past month by leveraging his Facebook group.
For another client of mine during the past year and a half, we basically launched his offers with Facebook groups to $130,000. ($150,000 updated)
We’ve done all this organically. We haven’t spent that much money on Facebook ads, or any type of ads. It’s all been organic. Imagine making a $130,000 without spending a dime on paid ads.
Now this article geared towards online entrepreneurs, course builders, infopreneurs, agency owners, and anyone who has a solid working offer that can be basically launched online. Now it doesn’t have to be just these types of people. If you have a great working offer, if you have products that you want to sell, this is also a great way to make money with Facebook groups.
The 5 Step Formula To Scaling A Business Online
Every single client and student that I’ve work with, I always follow the same exact formula that I created. My five step program is the following:
- Research
- Customer Research
- Competitor Research
- Create an offer based off of the research that we’ve done
- Plug the offer into a sales machine
- Get traffic to it
- Scale
So once you know this five step process, no matter what stage you are at, you always fit in one of these five steps in your business. So let’s just say you were having a hard time getting people to convert when you get traffic. That’s because the following steps need to be reworked:
- Research
- Customer Research
- Competitor Research
- Create an offer based off of the research that we’ve done
- Plug the offer into a sales machine
Let’s just say you’re having a hard time scaling your business. That means you need to get better at steps 1-4. Let’s just say your offer is not converting. Meaning you’re not getting leads and you’re not getting leads or sales. That means your research needs to be redone. Let’s say you’re not making the sales. That again means your offer sucks and you need to get better at your research.
So once you have this dialed in, this will help you make money with Facebook groups. Don’t get distracted by any other formula out there. Just stick to these steps and stick with this system.
So once you have this all dialed in and you know exactly what you’re trying to do, what you’re offering, who you’re targeting, what you’re trying to do, you can then start growing your Facebook group and make money with it.
Like I mentioned before, I have a client who crossed $10,000 during the past week on his first webinar by doing his research, creating at offer, plugging it into a sales machine, and getting traffic to his offer by leveraging Facebook groups. He crossed $10,000 in sales by simply creating an offer for his current audience and in launching that through his Facebook profile and Facebook group. Leverage every traffic source that you can.
I have my clients use what they already have. I always have my clients create offers and launch them to their warm audience first, which typically involves their Facebook groups and their Facebook profile. We funnel them from their Facebook profile, into free Facebook groups, and then launch our offers to both audiences. We then put those who have purchased the offers into exclusive, paid Facebook groups and deliver the content inside the group with the students.
How to get people inside your Facebook group
There is a question that I have each one of my clients and students post on their profile to entice their future customers and clients to want to join their group. We want to get them excited and hyped to want to join your group. The question is the following:
“If I was to create a Facebook group that taught you specifically how to do _____, who would be interested in joining?”
That’s it.
This is one of the best ways that you can scale from 0-1000 members in your group within that first week. By simply asking this question to the right audience, you can get a lot of people to want to join your Facebook group.
Take a second now to go and post this question on your profile to see what happens. If you have the right audience, you will get a lot of responses. If you don’t, then you need to have the right audience. Now, it’s not just Facebook that you can do this with. You can do this on YouTube, Instagram, or any type of social media platform that you have. You can even ask this question to your email list.
Once you post this, and you have the right audience, you’ll get people to comment under your post saying they’d be interested. You then want to respond to them and let them know that it will be ready in a few weeks.
Create the group, get it ready, and use Group Funnels to capture people’s information when they request to join the group. This software has made me and my clients so much money. With Facebook groups you can ask people questions before you accept them into your group. The best questions I like to ask are the following:
- Where did you find this group?
- What is the #1 thing you want to learn more about
- Want training on ___? Enter your best email below and we’ll send it to you!
Group Funnels captures the three questions that we ask when people join. We find out how our marketing is doing by asking the question, “Where did you find this group?”The second question is the customer research question, and then the third question generates the lead.
Group Funnels gathers all that information and then sends it directly to my email service provider (I use ActiveCampaign) We’ve generated thousands of leads but for free by leveraging Group Funnels. It’s an amazing tool.
Once you get your group set up, you have the questions set up, and you have Group Funnels installed, you can now tease your audience about your upcoming group launch.
I like to post on Friday’s that I have something really exciting coming soon and that they should pay attention to my posts during the next few days. On Monday, launch your Facebook group, open it to the public, and send it to the people who replied to your other post who said they’d be interested in joining. This is a great way to get people into your group quick.
Tease them on a Friday, launch it on a Monday and then every single day during the next two weeks, all you’re talking about on your profile is about your group. All you’re doing is updating people about how your group launch is going and then get them to join it.
The way you can now generate money is to get people inside of your group first, give them value, and then two to four weeks after you opened up your group you should present to them an with an amazing offer.
We’ve had anywhere from $10,000 weeks to $10,000 months to $20,000 months just by leveraging this type of formula.
